Design only package

 

Our Design Only service is for the client who loves putting plans into action on their own. All work is generally done remotely, with Hybrid in-person options avaiable for local clients at additonal cost. You provide the measurements and a rough sketch of your space and I will create a design plan for you to put into action.

Design Only Packages can include but may not be limited to:
  • Virtual Design Consultation
  • Kate's personal measurment guide to help walk you through how to measure and sketch your space accurately
  • As-Built floor plan drawing of current space
  • Visual inspiration board
  • Design Concept including floor plan and vision board with selections (2 revisions)
  • Personal Online Boutique with shopable links for you to purchase items on your own
  • Recommendations for where finish selections
  • Guidance on how to present the finsihed design to trades people who will complete the work of you project
  • Floor plan, elevations, 2D/3D renderings, cabinetry layout

    • All work is generally done remotely. Hybrid in-person and virtual services possible if needed for local clients.

    $750+ for one room (paint, furnishing, decor)

    $1,500+ for bathrooms

    $3000+ for kitchens

    Final project fee will be determined individually based on the size and scope of each project.
